29424e Thrust Roller Bearing Chik Spherical Roller Thrust Bearing 120X250X78mm

This 29424E bearing is a single row spherical roller thrust bearing with an optimized internal design. It has dimensions of 120 x 250 x 78 mm. These bearings are manufactured by CHIK and feature convex rollers, allowing for self-alignment and reducing the impact of mounting errors or shaft deflection. In addition to the original type, an E-type version with pressed cages for enhanced load capacity is also available, identified by the "E" suffix in their numbering. For horizontal shafts or high-speed applications, machined brass cages are recommended. Contact NSK for more details. Due to difficult-to-lubricate areas like between the roller heads and inner ring rib, as well as sliding surfaces between the cage and guide sleeve, oil lubrication is advised even at low speeds. The original type uses machined brass cages. These bearings are widely used in various industries such as steel, mining, papermaking, wind turbines, machine tools, gearboxes, electric motors, pumps, compressors, and injection molding machines.

Q: What is the best way to maintain my bearings?
A: 1) Soak your bearings in mineral spirits or paint thinner to remove any grease or particulates.
2) Blow the bearing out with compressed air.
3) Place a light drop of oil on the bearing.
4) Give the bearing a spin.
