Since last year, Quanchai has cooperated with German ELS-BETT Corporation, BOSCH Corporation, and Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute to adopt the advanced technologies such as electronic control, high pressure common rail, and booster intercooling, and successfully developed a 4D22E series vehicle diesel engine and passed it. Engine emissions test, high temperature, alpine and plateau tests, durability test, and vehicle calibration. In the research and development process, nine utility model patents were formed and applied for. The technical standards for the Q/QC103-2008 and 4D22E diesel engines have been formulated, and more than 20 complete vehicle companies such as Beiqi Foton and Jianghuai Automobile have reached a matching agreement.
4D22E Euro III series diesel engines have completely independent intellectual property rights, which fills the domestic gap of the models. Its advent will greatly reduce the emission of motor vehicle pollutants, and to a large extent ease the pollution of the automobile to the atmosphere. It is reported that this engine will form an annual output of 30,000 units of production capacity, and an annual sales income of 600 million yuan will be added.
