Fuyi Professional Disc Stack Centrifuge for Bean Milk Production Line

Standard Design
The machine consists of a frame with a horizontal drive shaft, clutch, brake, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and a vertical bowl spindle. The bowl is mounted on top of the spindle within the frame structure. All components in contact with the process liquid are made of stainless steel. The bowl uses a hydraulic system for solid ejection, and the electric motor is available in variable frequency drive or controlled-torque configurations.
Basic Equipment
Includes concentrator or purifier parts, inlet and outlet devices, revolution counter, erosion-protective parts, illuminated sight glass box, vibration switch, vibration-isolating base plate, flange motor, set of tools, and standard spare parts.

Operating Principles
Separation occurs inside the rotating bowl. Feed is introduced via a stationary inlet pipe and accelerated by a distributor before entering the disc stack. The separation of liquid-liquid-solid takes place between the discs, with the oil phase moving to the center for discharge. Water and heavy solids move to the periphery, where they are pumped out through channels. Solids are intermittently discharged via a hydraulic system that opens the solid ports at preset intervals.
