Pump Description
The G series single screw pumps are a type of positive displacement pump designed for efficient and reliable fluid transfer. The core components include a single screw (rotor) and a fixed shaft bushing (stator). Due to the unique geometry of the rotor and stator, there are two independent sealing spaces that ensure smooth and steady operation. This design allows for even axial flow with low internal speed and stable pressure, making it ideal for handling a wide range of fluids at temperatures between 80°C and 150°C.
These pumps can be driven directly by a coupling or through adjustable speed motors, belts, gearboxes, or other mechanical systems, offering flexibility in application and control.
