The new process has broken through the key technologies for reducing the molar ratio of ammonia to dichloroethane and the use of low concentrations of ammonia, where the molar ratio is reduced to 4:1 and the amination reaction time is only 20% of the old process. The process adopts special heating method to concentrate and desalt, which effectively solves the problem of salt clogging reboiler. By adding a small amount of effective chemical substances, the problem of decolorization of triethylenetetramine and tetraethylenepentamine is solved.
Compared with existing foreign technologies, the new process has high catalytic activity, low reaction pressure, fast reaction speed, high product yield, energy consumption reduction of 70%, investment in equipment is only 1/3 of the old process, and catalyst, ammonia are realized.
