Concrete pump safety rules

(1) The concrete pump should be placed on a flat, solid ground with no obstructions around it. After lowering the outrigger and adjusting, the body should be level and stable, and the tire should be wedged tightly. A foundation pit should be kept at a distance from the edge of the foundation pit. (2) Piping laying shall meet the following requirements: a. Horizontal pumping pipe should be laid straight; b. Vertical pipelines shall not be directly attached to the output of the pump. A horizontal pipe with a length of not less than 20m shall be installed at the front of the vertical pipe and a check valve shall be installed near the horizontal pipe. c. When laying downward sloping pipeline, a horizontal pipe should be installed on the output port, its length should not be less than 5 times of the height difference of the inclined pipe, otherwise, the pipe should be used to increase the resistance. When the inclination is larger, the exhaust valve should be installed at the top of the slope; d. The pumping pipe should be supported and fixed. The wooden pad should be set as a buffer between the pipe and the fixed object, and should not be directly connected with the steel bar or the template. The pipe and the pipe should be securely connected; the pipe joint and the clamp should be tightly sealed, Shall not be leaking; shall not be worn pipeline installed in the back end of high pressure zone; e. After the laying of pumping pipe, pressure test should be carried out. (3) Gravel diameter, cement grade and mix ratio shall be in accordance with the provisions of the factory to meet pump pumpability requirements. (4) Before operation, check and confirm the bolt fastening of each pump department, complete and reliable protective device, all parts of the control switch, adjusting handle, handwheel, control rod, cock and so on are all in the right position, the hydraulic system is normal and no leakage, hydraulic oil In line with the provisions of mixing bucket without debris, the top of the protection of the grid intact and tight. Cooling water supply is normal, water tank should be filled with water, the lubrication points should be lubricated normally. (5) Pipe wall thickness should be matched with the pumping pressure, near the pump should use high-quality pipe. Pipe joints, seals and elbows should be intact. High temperature hot sun should be used wet sacks or wet straw bags to cover the pipeline, and should be timely water cooling, insulation measures should be taken during the cold season. (6) should be equipped with cleaning pipes, cleaning supplies, catcher and related devices. Irrelevant people must leave the pipe around. (7) After start-up, run at no-load, observe the indicated value of each instrument, check the operation of pump and agitator, and confirm that everything is normal before working. Before pumping should be added to the hopper 10L of water and 0.3 cement mortar lubrication pumps and pipes. (8) In pumping operations, the concrete plane in the hopper should be kept above the axis of the mixing shaft. Hopper grid shall not be filled with concrete, feed flow should be controlled in a timely manner to remove excess size of aggregates and foreign bodies, shall not be free to move the grid. (9) When entering the hopper concrete segregation phenomenon should be stopped pump, to be mixed and then pumped. When the aggregate is severely separated and the mortar in the hopper is obviously insufficient, part of the aggregate should be removed and the mortar should be mixed again. (10) Pumping concrete should be continuous operation; when forced to suspend due to feed interruption, downtime shall not exceed 30min. Pause time should be every 5 ~ 10min (winter 3 ~ 5min) for 2 to 3 strokes of anti-pump - is pumping movement, feeding again before the first material should be mixed. (11) When the pump is pumped vertically upwards and pumped backwards, the pump should be pumped backwards to allow the concrete in the distribution valve to be sucked back into the hopper and then be pumped in a positive direction. When working on a hopper or distributor valve, shut down the motor and relieve accumulator pressure. (13) Hydraulic system pressure should not be adjusted arbitrarily. When the oil temperature exceeds 70 ℃, should stop the pump, but still should make the mixing blades and fan operation, to be cooled and then continue to run. (14) Water tank should be filled with fresh water, when the water quality is cloudy and there is more sand, it should be promptly checked and handled. (15) Do not open any delivery pipe and hydraulic pipe while pumping; Do not adjust or repair working parts. (16) During the operation, we should observe the pumping equipment and piping and find the hidden danger should be dealt with promptly. Wear more than the provisions of the pipe, clamps, seals, etc. should be promptly replaced. (17) Plumbing should be prevented. Pumping concrete should be mixed evenly to control the slump; in the pumping process, stop the pump can not stop. (18) Various meters and indicators should be monitored at any time, and any abnormalities should be promptly adjusted or dealt with. When there is blockage of the delivery pipe, anti-pump operation should be carried out to return the concrete to the hopper. When the anti-pump can not eliminate the blockage several times, the pipe should be disassembled when the pump is unloaded. (19) After the operation, all the concrete in the hopper and in the pipeline should be exported, and then the pumps, hoppers and pipes should be flushed. When flushing the pipe with compressed air, the intake valve should not open immediately, only when the concrete is discharged smoothly, the intake valve can be opened to the maximum. In the pipeline exit side of the front 10m is strictly prohibited station, and the use of metal basket, etc. out of the cleaning ball and gravel tablets. On the concrete coagulation, scrapers should be used to remove. (20) After work, the pistons on both sides should be transferred to the cleaning room and lubricated. All parts of the control switch, adjust the handle, hand wheel, lever, cock, etc. should be reset. Hydraulic system should be unloaded.
