Development of key technologies of substation inspection robot

Recently, the Ministry of Science announced to the public the 2014 annual national science and technology awards accepted list of projects. The key technology research and development and industrialization projects of high-end intelligent measuring and controlling instruments for process industries have been accepted.

R & D and industrialization of key technologies for high-end smart measurement and control instrumentation for process industries were accepted by the National Science and Technology Progress Award Electronics and Scientific Instrument Group. The project establishes a multi-period coordinated control model for reactive power optimization of power grid and establishes a large-scale power system stochastic power flow theory and efficient algorithm which considers stochastic line faults, coincident and intermittent power output fluctuations. Substation inspection robot key technology by the National Technical Invention Award Machinery and Power Group accepted. Efficient centrifugal pump theory and key technology research and engineering applications by the National Science and Technology Progress Award Machinery Group accepted. This project innovates the grid generation, turbulence model, cavitation model and testing technology of centrifugal pump internal flow calculation, creates the multi-condition hydraulic design technology of centrifugal pump, develops a new type of high speed magnetic pump guide bearing and thrust plate with new type F50 grinding material.
