We usually pack escalator step chains in polybags and boxes, then place them into crates. We offer free yellow or white boxes that only show length and size. Customers can also provide their own box samples. Our crate dimensions are 100×75×75 cm (can hold up to 800 kg) or 105×95×75 cm (can hold up to 1000 kg). A 20' container can typically carry around 20–25 tons, depending on customs requirements in different countries. Packing the chain directly on a pallet is also an option.
