Since 2009, major domestic loader manufacturers have introduced natural gas loaders. At present, domestic natural gas loaders are classified into two types: compressed natural gas (NNG) loaders and liquefied natural gas (LNG) loaders according to their fuel types. Compressed natural gas (CNG for short) stores natural gas in a gaseous state in a container under high pressure. CNG loaders are difficult to popularize in China because of the problems of oversized gas cylinders, high supporting costs, and potential safety hazards. Currently, only a few manufacturers have retained such models. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is natural gas that is liquefied and stored in insulated containers under ultra-low temperature (-162°C) atmospheric pressure. The storage space is only 1/3 of that of CNG, and the safety performance, supporting cost, and convenience of use are all high. Occupying an absolute advantage, it has quickly been promoted.
Longgong reviewed the situation, starting from the initial stage of the development of domestic natural gas loaders, it has been paying attention to the development of CNG and LNG loaders, and constantly conducting technical pre-research and technical reserves, with the country’s increasing attention to the environment and new energy. With the continuous increase of LNG refueling and the continuous improvement of the service network of accessories, the timing of the emergence of LNG loaders in the market is maturing. In May 2013, Longgong's first LNG loader (ZL50C-LNG) was officially rolled out. After continuous testing and improvement, the LNG loader technology has matured and now has formed three LG855B-LNG, ZL50C-LNG, and ZL862-LNG. The large series of LNG loaders and Longgong LNG series loaders are all designed and developed on the basis of mature fuel type loaders. 1. LNG is safer than gasoline and diesel.
LNG has the highest ignition point and the lowest flame propagation speed. Its safety performance is higher than that of gasoline and diesel. 2. Five safety guarantees for the gas supply system
1) The cylinder contains a double layer structure of the inner liner and the outer shell. The high vacuum is used between the two layers. A reasonable support system is used to fix the cylinder. The cylinder passes the 3.18 MPa test pressure, 3g acceleration vibration, 30 minutes fire, shot, 10 meters. Drop test at high altitude to ensure safety.
2) The tank is equipped with a main safety valve (opening pressure level 1.9MPa). Under overpressure conditions, the main safety valve opens and depressurizes.
3) The interior of the tank is equipped with a secondary safety valve (opening pressure level 2.85 MPa). When the main safety valve fails or becomes clogged, the secondary safety valve starts to release pressure.
4) The housing is equipped with a vacuum plug and is pressed into the vacuum plug seat by atmospheric pressure. When the sandwich vacuum environment is overpressure in the sandwich, the vacuum plug will open and release pressure.
5) An over-flow valve is provided on the external piping. When an accident occurs, the external piping is broken. When the piping flow is greater than the set value, the over-flow valve will automatically close and cut off the air flow.

2. LNG loaders use clean energy. Engine losses are relatively low, and engine oil consumption and replacement frequency are low. With the extension of the use time and the increase in the number of maintenance, the natural gas engine will be more and more obvious in terms of cost savings compared to conventional diesel engines.
3. Excluding the power system, the main components are all common with the fuel type same-model loaders, which can effectively reduce the spare parts reserve costs incurred during product switching.

1. Various control valves, pressure gauges, filling ports and other man-machine interactive components of gas cylinders are centrally designed and are located on the left side of the cab. LNG loaders use natural gas as a power fuel. Compared with diesel fuel, the HC in exhaust emissions is reduced by 72%, NOx is reduced by 39%, CO is reduced by 90%, and SOx and Pb are reduced to zero. The noise is reduced by 40%. Therefore, the use of natural gas fuels will play a positive role in reducing atmospheric pollution and improving the environment.
