1. Structure Features:1. Steel bronze powder with PTFE/Pb dry bearings. The PTFE/Pb mixture (0.01~0.03mm) provides an excellent initial transfer film that effectively coats the mating surface of the bearing assembly, forming an oxide-type solid lubricant film.
2. Sintered bronze powder (0.20-0.35mm) offers maximum thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface and also serves as a reservoir for the PTFE-lead mixture.
3. Low-carbon steel provides exceptionally high load-carrying capacity and excellent heat dissipation.
4. Copper/Tin plating (0.002mm) enhances corrosion resistance.
5. Suitable for dry running, low coefficient of friction, reduced wear, and good sliding characteristics. It forms a transfer film that protects the mating metal surface and is ideal for rotary and oscillating movements. High chemical resistance, low water absorption, and swelling. Performs well even with lubrication.
