1. Structure Features:1. Steel bronze powder with PTFE/Pb dry bearings: The PTFE/Pb mixture (0.01~0.03mm) forms an excellent initial transfer film that effectively coats the mating surface of the bearing assembly, creating a solid lubricant film.
2. Sintered bronze powder (0.20-0.35mm): Provides maximum thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface and acts as a reservoir for the PTFE-lead mixture.
3. Low-carbon steel: Offers exceptional load carrying capacity and excellent heat dissipation.
4. Copper/Tin plating (0.002mm): Enhances corrosion resistance.
5. Suitable for dry running, low friction coefficient, reduced wear, good sliding characteristics, forming a transfer film that protects the mating metal surface. Ideal for rotary and oscillating movements. High chemical resistance, low water absorption, and swelling. Performs well even with lubrication.
