During the operation of the forklift, the transmission shaft is subjected to a large torque and impact load, and at the same time, it is rotated at a high speed. With constant vibration, the lubrication condition is poor, so it is prone to wear, deformation and damage, resulting in malfunction and abnormal noise. And vibrations such as shaking. When encountering the above-mentioned faults, you can check whether the connecting screws are loose at the bottom of the vehicle, and shake the drive shaft by hand to detect the worn parts. Turn the rear wheel frame and the gear to rotate, and observe the vibration and abnormal noise of the drive shaft. It is also possible to detect the deformation of the drive shaft on the dial gauge of the vehicle, and after repairing the cause, repair it separately.
Once the dynamic balance state of the transmission shaft assembly is broken, it will be affected by the additional dynamic load caused by the centrifugal force during the work, which is easy to produce bending deformation, causing vibration and noise of the transmission shaft, increasing the dynamic load, reducing the transmission efficiency, and accelerating the damage of the parts. In the event of accidental impact of the drive shaft during use, the knocking deformation during disassembly and assembly, the mutual positional accuracy of the parts after surfacing, etc., will cause the center of the rotating mass of the drive shaft assembly to deviate from the axis of rotation and destroy its balance performance.
When curing, it is necessary to add grease to the cross bearing; when checking whether the cross bearing is loose or not, open the transmission to the neutral position, loosen the parking brake, and hold the transmission shaft tube with both hands, and the force is sharply turned left and right, there should be no obvious The amount of loose sputum, if necessary, remove the decomposition repair. When the drive shaft is being maintained, check whether the fasteners are firmly fixed, the appearance and bending of the drive shaft, and repair if necessary.
Before repairing the drive shaft, all parts must be cleaned, especially the oil passage, journal and needle bearing of the cross shaft. It should be cleaned with clean kerosene and blown dry with compressed air. Apply grease to the mating surface and replace it with the mark. After the universal joint is installed, it should be flexible and flexible without obvious gaps, and there should be no card issuance.
