 The 2CY series gear pump is one of our traditional products. The structure and design were imported from the Soviet Union in the early 1950s. These pumps are known for their simple structure, practical use, and ease of maintenance. They come with a safety valve that automatically opens when overloaded, protecting the motor. However, they cannot be used as a constant overflow valve to adjust the working pressure. 2CY gear pumps are commonly used to transport non-corrosive oils, lubrication oil, and other fluids without solid particles or fibers. They can also handle high-viscosity heavy oil media.
2. Structural Characteristics of 2CY Gear Pump
  This series of 2CY gear pumps consists mainly of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The gears are hardened and wear-resistant after nitriding. The shaft is installed in replaceable bearing sleeves. All parts are automatically lubricated during operation. Four bearing sleeves are floating installed inside the pump, adjusting the end gap automatically based on working pressure. This ensures stable pressure, minimal flow pulsation, and high volumetric efficiency. When viewed from the spindle side, the pump rotates clockwise.
