     Mud pump common fault and troubleshooting:
Slurry Pump Fault 1: The pump is not absorbing water
Reason: perfusion is not enough water, pump air can not be discharged, suction pipe leaks, front liner and impeller gap
Solution: continue perfusion water, check whether the pipeline leak, adjust the gap between the impeller and the front liner
Mud pump failure 2: pump on the water slow
Reason: the front liner and impeller gap, the water outlet pipe can not seal the air, emptying full
Solution: adjust the gap, adjust the outlet pipe, install the vacuum device
Mud pump failure 3: water pressure is small, small flow
Reason: pump air, the gap between the impeller and the front liner large clutch tight closed, impeller or liner wear
Solution: empty the pump gas, adjust the gap, adjust the clutch friction plate gap, replace the impeller or liner
Mud pump fault 4: pump vibration
The reason: the pump shaft and diesel engine (or motor) do not mind, impeller imbalance, bearing damage
Solution: adjust the concentricity, impeller balance test, replace the bearing
Mud pump failure 5: impeller shaft wear fast
The reason: high-pressure pump head low, dislocation, pump shaft and the back cover is not the heart
Solution: Replace the pump higher than the head of the mud pump, replace the packing, and adjust the concentricity
Mud pump failure 6: Pump worn fast
Reason: The construction environment (large particles) poor transmission distance, inlet pipe length
Solution: Change the battlefield, add afterburner, shorten the length of the inlet pipe to reduce cavitation
