In the past, most of the high aromatic oils used in Qilu Rubber Plant were transported by rail. Due to the long transportation period and the increase in oil viscosity, the unloading steam needed to be heated to a certain temperature before being delivered to the production plant. Each unloading of the tanker consumed 4 tons of steam. Many, according to the calculation of daily production, need to consume at least 600 tons of steam every month.
This year, the plant will build a new 3,000 cubic meter high aromatic oil tank and a unloading berth in the raw material tank area. The steamed high aromatic oil can be unloaded directly in the raw material tank area, reducing steam waste.
In the beginning of 2015, Cixi Air-Fluid Brass Nickel-Plated Push to Connect Fittings passed 90,000 impulse test @ 500 bar working pressure in U.S.A Customers' Labotory.
