The current annual output of synthetic ammonia in Luxi Chemical Group has reached 665,000 tons and 1.06 million tons of urea, making it one of the largest nitrogen fertilizer companies in the country. From 2002 to 2004, profits and taxes exceeded 100 million yuan and nitrogen fertilizer production and sales ranked first in the country for three consecutive years.

The second type is fertilization. The original Shandong Fucheng Fertilizer Plant, after completing the first set of small urea reforms in the early 1990s, went on a second set of small urea and filled it up in time, rapidly expanding production capacity and forming an annual output of 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia. The ideal scale of 300,000 tons of urea, and the joint production of 50,000 tons of methanol, 800 million kwh electricity generation. After observing the scale and strong strength of Fan Tian today, she also merged with the neighboring Yancheng chemical plant and integrated the advantages of both parties in a timely manner to build an annual output of 100,000 tons of caustic soda. Liquid chlorine 80,000 tons, 30,000 tons of hydrochloric acid and other products of larger chemical companies. The original Suihua, which has now been renamed Shandong Hengtong Chemical Co., Ltd., has become a large-scale chemical company with an annual sales income of 1 billion yuan and a profit tax exceeding 100 million yuan.

The third is technology pilot type. Shijiazhuang Zhengyuan Tower Development Co., Ltd. is an enterprise that produces fertilizer equipment. However, the company has three new national patents for the vertical sieve tray tower, the JR synthesis tower internals, and the low-to-medium-low transformation, all of which are new technologies promoted by the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association. With the successful display of these technologies' energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects, Zhengyuan has created the desire to directly introduce technology and manage enterprises. In 1998, they leased a chemical fertilizer plant in Lingshou County, Hebei Province, which had been discontinued for one year and was insolvent, and imported the technology, management, and funds of Zhengyuan Company to carry out continuous technological transformation to increase the capacity of synthetic ammonia from 25,000 tons. To 80,000 tons, urea increased from 40,000 tons to 120,000 tons. After purchasing the plant in 2003, it invested 130 million yuan to reform it, forming an annual capacity of 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 260,000 tons of urea. Zhengyuan Company, after its success in Lingshou, adopted the same method of technology import, and bought Pingshan and non-polarized fertilizer plants one after another for expansion. Today, Zhengyuan Company has transformed the original three small nitrogenous fertilizer plants into large-scale fertilizer companies with an annual output of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 450,000 tons of urea, and 100,000 tons of high-nitrogen urea-based compound fertilizers. The original loss-making and profit-making enterprises They have become large profits and taxes.

In recent years, there are also some small nitrogen fertilizer plants with strong capabilities and sufficient capital, and they have invested in one step. When Shanxi Orchid transformed the original chemical branch, it added a new project of 180,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 300,000 tons of urea. A big nitrogen fertilizer company was established. And on the market is the most popular large-particle urea. Shandong Hualu Hengsheng took the lead in studying the localization of successful large-scale nitrogenous fertilizers. It directly launched 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 600,000 tons of urea, and 200,000 tons of co-production of methanol. From technology to equipment, it completely eliminated small traces. It became a big nitrogen fertilizer.
