Talking about the danger of temperature rise to the injection molding machine

The injection molding machine is the most used processing machine in the plastics processing industry. Not only a large number of products can be directly produced by the injection molding machine, but also a key equipment that constitutes the injection-blowing process. In the injection molding process, many companies will find that the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, and this is actually very harmful to the injection molding machinery, which will bring the following five major hazards:

One of the hazards: causing thermal deformation of the machine. The moving element with different thermal expansion coefficient in the hydraulic component is stuck due to its small training experience, causing malfunction and affecting the transmission precision of the hydraulic system, resulting in poor working quality of the component.

Hazard 2: Causes the viscosity of the oil to drop. If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, the leakage will increase, and the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the entire system will decrease significantly. Since the viscosity of the oil is lowered, the oil film of the moving member such as the spool is thinned and cut, and the frictional resistance is increased, resulting in an increase in wear.

Hazard 3: Causes the shape of the rubber seal to change. Too high a temperature of the injection molding machine can cause deformation of the rubber seal, accelerate the failure of aging, reduce the sealing performance and lead to the use time, causing leakage.

Hazard 4: Accelerate oil oxidation and deterioration. If the temperature of the injection molding machine rises too high, it will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the oil, precipitate the asphalt material, and reduce the lead time of the hydraulic oil. The precipitate blocks the damper orifice and the slit valve port, causing the pressure valve to be stuck and not actuated, the metal pipe being elongated and bent, or even broken.

Hazard 5: The quality of the component work is degraded. If the temperature of the injection molding machine rises too high, the working quality of the component will be lowered, the dissolved air in the oil will escape, and air pockets will appear, resulting in a decrease in the working performance of the hydraulic system.
