2. Key Features of the Twin Screw Marine Cargo Pump

   1. The inlet and outlet are specially designed to ensure sufficient fluid remains in the pump, even when the suction pipe is completely empty, maintaining excellent self-priming performance.
2. The pump body features a special circular valve that opens when the outlet pressure exceeds the working pressure, allowing some fluid to return to the inlet, reducing starting torque and improving efficiency.
3. Synchronizer gears transfer torque from the driving screw to the driven screw, eliminating metal-to-metal contact and ensuring reliable operation under various conditions, including dry running.
4. The meshing screws form a sealed chamber inside the pump, moving the fluid axially with each rotation, resulting in smooth and continuous flow without pulsation.
