1. Product Description
The Two-Component Polyurethane Foam Machine is designed to handle the precise mixing of two components—polyether and isocyanate. It uses high-precision, high-pressure piston pumps to deliver the materials accurately. The system includes flow detection and a closed-loop control mechanism via PLC feedback, which adjusts the pump speed in real-time for accurate flow control and measurement. Once measured, the components either enter the control loop through high-low conversion valves or are mixed directly in the mixing head. The equipment comes with an insulated working tank (with optional volume), blade filter, plate heat exchanger, and magnetic coupling. Depending on the configuration, it can be equipped with volumetric or mass flow meters. This machine offers online adjustable foaming ratios, real-time flow display, adjustable working pressure, material temperature monitoring, excellent mixing performance, and stable foam quality.
