Both the rotating and fixed knives are made from cemented carbide, ensuring strong and efficient cutting of waste materials entering the impeller. This allows the pump to effectively remove and eject wastewater. The unique design ensures no blockage in the pump, making it ideal for environments where the waste contains large or fibrous materials such as gloves, plastic bags, rubber parcels, and clothes. This double-knife submersible pump is particularly suitable for areas with poor digging conditions.
Additionally, the flow parts do not need to be very wide, allowing the use of open impellers. Compared to other pumps, this model offers high efficiency and excellent self-priming capabilities due to its optimized design. The motor and pump share the same axis, resulting in a compact structure that is durable, reliable, easy to install, and cost-effective to maintain.
