If you need, we are happy to provide samples for free, but new clients are expected to pay the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can make castings according to your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is provided, the tooling development can be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still make proper samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure based on your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What’s your quality control device in house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic as an NDT checking method to detect internal defects in castings.
