We can design and manufacture different sizes of flasks based on your requirements. Additionally, we produce flasks and pallet cars according to customer drawings and technical specifications.

2. How can I get some samples?
If you need, we are happy to provide free samples, but new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
3. Can you make castings according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is provided, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still produce samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make castings based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic as an NDT checking method to detect internal defects in the castings.
Phenolic Resin Fibre Filter Elements
The Phenolic resin fibre filter elements with a norminal filtration rate has a two strage sonstruction, the outer layer with spiral-form serves as a pre-filter, the inner layer layer serves as the actual filter ration. This elements construcs without a core support, impregnated with acrylic fibers,no silicon, therefore, especially suited for simple filtration uses or pre-filter applications of paints and varnishes.
