However, last year China’s financial investment in clean energy increased by 53% year-on-year to reach US$33.7 billion, surpassing that of the United States for the first time, leading to an increase in China’s clean energy investment mainly due to the government’s encouragement to develop large-scale renewable energy projects.
According to the report, the number of clean energy investments in the world in the first half of this year began to increase.
