The following is an interview record: Reporter: Now many companies are paying great attention to profits and pursuing profit maximization. However, Sany has invested a lot of manpower and material resources to do this environmental protection service regardless of cost. What is its original intention? Is this activity a short-term or long-term behavior?

Xie Zong: Our company has different understandings about profits and brands. First, our company is a very responsible company, whether it is the responsibility of the country, the responsibility of the customer, the responsibility of the society and the public welfare, or the responsibility of our employees, including the family members of our employees. We attach great importance to different levels of responsibility. Our environmental protection service is also fulfilling our responsibilities. In particular, in the context of national justice, the current country proposes to build a benign society with resource-friendly and energy-saving models. This has raised some issues for our enterprises, especially manufacturing companies. More demanding, our activity is also in response to the country's call.

The second reason for the original intention of this activity is to really help customers create value and save costs. We have adopted a series of measures. Actually, we have not only served this piece. Whether it is our design, manufacturing, or subsequent service support, we are taking this concept of energy conservation and environmental protection in all directions. In addition, we now propose a concept of a "garden plant." The main enthusiasm of the garden-type factory is to solve the problem of dust, noise and other pollution to the surrounding environment. In order to build a "garden plant," we adopted a fully enclosed garden-type mixing plant. We also built a sand and stone separation and sewage treatment system for the treatment of abandoned concrete.

Not only at the design and manufacturing level, but also at the service level. We upgrade our customer's equipment and remanufacture components. This saves resources and reduces customers' costs. It should be said that the concept of environmental protection and energy conservation has gone deep into every aspect of the 31st, not just in our service sector. This event will specifically upgrade the customer's pre-equipment, in addition to our true feedback to our customers and our commitment to practice energy conservation and environmental protection.

There are also questions about costs and profits. In Sany, there is a very important strategic idea that scale is subject to efficiency and effectiveness is subject to brand. We always take the goal of building the world's top engineering machinery companies, always relying on the revitalization of national industries, and always creating the highest quality products in the world. We therefore say that we are not a purely profit-seeking company. Our chairman proposed that Sany be a well-respected and respected multinational company in the world. The annual growth rate of Sany's products is unmatched by other manufacturers in the industry. The amount of Sany Concrete products, no matter whether it is the total amount or the growth rate, or the overall market share, is from whichever level it ranks first in the industry. In pumping this piece, the first half of this year has surpassed last year's full year, which means that our scale of development has come up. Our customers use and accept our products to a higher degree. This is what I think is a brand in the promotion process. important.

I think that through the Sany brand, the entire industry has benefited from the increase in the size of the entire market. In addition, this also means that Sany’s position in the industry is becoming more and more consolidated and its market share is getting higher and higher. In 2008, we had only 1,300 mixers, which had grown to nearly 4,000 in 2009 and could reach 8,000 this year. Our mixer trucks start from scratch and can make a big market in just three years, and make the total amount the first in the market. This is brought about by Sany's quality, brand, and after-sales service. If there is no strong technology, high quality, very stable quality, long service life, low use cost, and strong after-sales service system, it will not be possible to achieve such a leap in such a short time. The same is true for our mixing plant, with only 500 units in 2008 and more than 700 units in 2009. This year we expect to achieve sales of about 1,500 mixing plants. Trinity's cake in the market is getting more and more. To make the market bigger, and to increase its market share, 31 is to repeat such a model to win profits.

Reporter: What do the customers think of your environmental protection activities this time? What kind of benefits will this activity have for them?

Xie Zong: We have a few major pieces of content for this event. First, and most importantly, we will give customers real technical upgrades and help them to rectify and maintain their equipment. After the upgrade of the technology and the upgrade of the program, the late-stage use cost of the equipment will become lower and lower.

The second is training. Systematic retraining of the operator of the equipment continues to increase their level of operation and maintenance. The level of operation, maintenance skills and maintenance are improved, not only can improve the overall performance of the equipment, reduce the cost of use, but also extend the life of the equipment.

Thirdly, we introduced the concept of “low-carbon and environmentally-friendly services” for the first time in the industry. To raise everyone's responsibility for environmental protection and awareness of environmental protection, this is every citizen's due responsibility and obligation. This is an important goal of our promotion of this environmental protection action.

In my opinion, if an enterprise is simply pursuing profits, it does not have long-term vitality. At least this enterprise is not respected by the entire industry and society. The greatness of the great companies in the world is not only the products created to bring convenience to human beings, but more importantly it is in line with the changes in public-civilization and business ethics, and creates a higher-value type that can be accepted by everyone. Reporter: In terms of the service system, what kind of plans for Sany will have in the future?

The service capability was put forward as a core capability from the beginning of the creation of Sany, and its basic principles and objectives will certainly not change. In the course of the development of Sany, services have made tremendous contributions.

I originally concluded that there are three winning factors in the success of Sany today. The first is winning strategy. The development strategy of Sany is very clear. We have very clear corporate development strategies at different levels of industrial policy, industrial selection, market selection, corporate strategic goals and long-term positioning, and product development strategies. The second is cultural success. Trinity is a company with a profound cultural heritage. In the world, Sany has more than 45,000 employees. They have different religions, different skin colors, and different races in different countries. It is necessary to unite 45,000 employees into the common vision and goals of Sany. Next, if there is no profound cultural heritage as a support, it cannot be achieved.

The third is service win. Everyone knows that over 95% of China's construction machinery was dominated by foreign brands more than ten years ago, but today foreign brands including foreign top concrete machinery companies have basically withdrawn from the Chinese market. This is mainly due to the rise of our ethnic engineering machinery companies. Before we get up, especially at the beginning of the establishment of our company, when the quality of our products can not compete with foreign companies, the most crucial factor for us to win the market is that we have a very strong and perfect service system, we have advanced , very warmhearted service concept.

Since entering the construction machinery industry in 1994, our service has undergone several changes. For the first time, we took the lead in launching 800 free call centers in the industry and for the first time formed a nanny-style service model. The second time we introduced the 4008 Call Center and ECC Corporate Control Center and the GCP Global Portal. This has set a precedent in the industry. At present, both the service personnel stationed abroad, the service vehicles stationed abroad, the network construction of service offices, and the warehouse storage of spare parts and accessories are among the strongest in the industry. In addition, we are the most complete and perfect in the industry in terms of software construction and system construction. The quality, attitude and skills of the 31st service engineers are absolutely outstanding. In the industry, Sany’s service is also the highest satisfaction and reputation. All customers are full of praise when they mention Trinity service. The third time, we implemented the service model of 6S stores around the world. In 2007, Sany launched the first 6S store in Guangzhou, and it was already the ninth home in Jinan, Shandong Province, which was recently opened. 6S shop is tantamount to moving a miniature 31 to the customer's home. It has training functions, sales functions, accessory functions, service functions, large refurbishment and maintenance functions, and information feedback functions. It integrates six functions into one. At present, we are spending heavily to upgrade our ECC system.

Reporter: What kind of impact will Sany's 6S shop service model have on the services of the entire construction machinery industry? And what are the actual benefits to customers?

Xie Zong: For the impact, at least a lot of competitors have already imitated. Although their investment scale is not as big as Sany, their influence is not so great. But at least there is a dynamic in the industry that has been imitating learning. I believe that in the future when we develop into Carter and Komatsu, even beyond their scale, our service concept should be widely copied and widely imitated and studied. Through this platform, we also have a lot of features, including free training for customers on this platform, including information sharing with customers, normal exchanges and activities, all can be completed in the 6S shop. Not only provide customers with better services, but also allow customers to better understand the 31 through this platform. In fact, this is not just a simple repair shop, it is also a symbol of a brand and strength, but also a corporate commitment to customers. We have spent so much money and built such a large factory here. At least let everyone have an intuitive and perceptive knowledge of the 31, and this is very important. If you don't look at my headquarters, you will see my 6S shop, at least let customers feel comfortable and confident when buying your equipment. In addition, it can better demonstrate the strength of the company, better able to accompany our customers, and get a great deal of development in the industry. Our commitment to our customers is that as long as he does one day in the industry, as long as he owns the equipment of the 31st, I will give him a day of service and always help him grow. This is the confidence and guarantee of a market for the company's customers.

Reporter: After Premier Wen Jiabao visited Sany on July 2nd, Sany held a board of directors. Did Chairman Liang give you some new tasks or give instructions?

Xie Zong: I remember Premier Wen came to our company and spoke three different words three times. For the first time, the Prime Minister has talked about running the company well and becoming a world-class company. The second time the Prime Minister came to him, he said so. I once said that I want to turn 31 into a world-class company. I hope to focus on the 31 Employees' wisdom and strength make our company stand firmly on the top of the world. This time, he put forward higher requirements for Sany, that is, let us become the top companies in construction machinery companies. This time he came after the global financial crisis. He said that we have survived such an economic crisis and we have progressed and we have progressed. When the prime minister left, he said, I will come, but I do not know whether it is in Changsha, Shenyang, or abroad, because you are already a global company.

In fact, every time the Prime Minister speaks a word, especially if we want to become a world-class enterprise, this has contributed to our third venture. At the beginning of the year, the board of directors put forward the call for our third venture. The first venture of Sany was 89 years. We have our own business. The second venture we were in 1994, we entered the construction machinery industry. The third venture is our globalization, internationalization, and the establishment of a world-class engineering machinery company. This is based on the Prime Minister's trust in our expectations and expectations, but also based on our own business development needs formulated, we put forward this year's clear strategic plan.

In terms of globalization and internationalization, the chairman of the board also put forward clear and specific requirements, especially this year we are very clear about the global market strategy. The Prime Minister also mentioned what is called a world-class enterprise and what is world-class.
