2. Check if there is enough liquid in the pump and check whether the drain valve is closed.
3, open the outlet line valve a small amount, open the inlet valve.
4. The suction nozzle of the pump should be immersed under 30cm below the liquid surface to prevent air inhalation. The suction nozzle filter should not be too dense, nor should it be blocked.
5. The self-priming process starts after the pump starts, so the pump must be properly speeded to reach or slightly higher than the rated speed, because a longer period of low-speed operation will extend the self-priming time, or even not self-priming task. When the outlet pressure gauge shows pressure, it indicates that the pump has started normal operation.
6. Within the normal self-priming height, if the pump has not been suctioned for 2 minutes after the start, stop the pump immediately. If the pump is not leaking, the pump inlet pipe is leaking or blocked. Please check and confirm, and take corresponding measures before operating. Water pump.
7. When the pump is finished working, gradually close the outlet line valve and stop the prime mover.
