The “Liquid Flow Meter Environmental Adaptability Test Capability Construction†project fills the gap in the environmental adaptability testing capability of medium to large caliber liquid flow meters under real-flow conditions, achieving metering of flow meters under extreme low temperature, extreme high temperatures, and unfavorable installation conditions. Accuracy testing improves the ability to test for environmental suitability.
