2X vacuum pump removal 1, drain the pump. 2, Loosen the intake Tsui flange screws, pull out the inlet Tsui, loosen the town gas valve flange screws, pull out the gas town valve. 3, remove the fuel tank. 4, remove the check valve cotter, remove the check valve impeller. 5, remove the bearing and pump connection screws, remove the pump parts, motor disassembly depending on convenience. 6, Loosen the pump cover screws, remove the pump cover, pull out the two rotors, rotary vane and spring. When removing the lower rotor, first remove the cotter pin. Do not damage the parts of the surface and positioning holes. 7, cleaning, inspection, trimming all parts.
