Application:
This automatic discharge waste water decanter centrifuge is widely used in industries such as municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, among others.
1. Solid phase dehydration: effective dehydration of materials with solid particles.
2. Particle size classification: used for removing large diameter solid particles from the material.
3. Liquid clarification: used to remove solid particles from a suspension liquid, resulting in clearer liquid.
Working Principle:
The waste water decanter centrifuge operates in a horizontal cylindrical bowl equipped with a scroll conveyor. The material is fed into the bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is accelerated in the acceleration chamber. Centrifugal forces cause immediate sedimentation of solids on the bowl wall. The conveyor rotates in the same direction as the bowl but at a different speed, moving the solids toward the conical end of the bowl.
