CITOTEST® Color-PLUS™ microscope slides are specifically designed to enhance adhesion during immunohistochemical (IHC) staining and other laboratory procedures. The continuous exposure to liquid baths, chemical reagents, and frequent washing—especially after antigen retrieval—can lead to tissue or cell loss. These slides feature a permanent, specially formulated coating that ensures strong adhesion between the tissue sections and the glass surface, significantly reducing the risk of sample detachment.
These slides are ideal for both manual and automated IHC staining processes, including use with Leica and Dako automated stainers. They are also highly recommended for routine H&E staining of delicate tissues such as brain and spinal cord specimens.
