The electronic floor weight reading is not stable:

1, the power supply voltage instability. The input voltage range of the loadometer is (187~242)V. Some units do not add a power supply, causing the normal operating voltage range of the instrument to occur. There are digital jump signs, so it is best to set up equipment to deploy a power supply. .

2, damage to the main scale. Some spaces between the scale body and the meter are too large, and the main line is exposed. There is probably an artificial damage or a mouse bite. The metal shield loses its function or the connection is not firm, causing digital jumps. Measure the main line with a multimeter's resistance gauge to ensure that each unit is an independent channel, and the connection is firm, otherwise the main line will be exchanged.

3. The circuit board inside the terminal box is damaged. The circuit board in the junction box is composed of a terminal box and several sets of multi-turn resistors. The permanent use of the terminal block can cause oxidation and corrosion, and the oxidation and corrosion of the department will fall off, which will cause loosening of the pressure line and thus make the meter digital jump. At this point, sandpaper or a trowel can be used to rub off the snoring surface, and the adjoining connection is firm and hinders the removal of signs. The permanent use of multi-turn resistors can also cause internal metal surfaces to be oxidized, making the digital instability and jumps. At this time, multi-turn resistors with the same resistance can be used to clear the obstacles.

4, the ground level junction box seal is not good, the humidity inside the box is too large. Open the junction box to inspect for water droplets or moisture. Dry it by drying or blow it with a hair dryer. If necessary, change the junction box.

5, floor scale plug or socket oxidation. Prolonged use of meter and mainline plugs or sockets may also cause oxidation, making the resistance of the connection unstable. The method is to soak the plug or socket with 10% dilute hydrochloric acid for a minute, then blow it out or dry it with a hair dryer, and probably replace it. (Details: The soldering iron must be heated to the extent that it is hot, once it is soldered, it cannot be welded. Use it multiple times to avoid oxidation of the solder.

6, the ground weight loose. In the long-term use history, the impact or overload of some vehicles may cause the sensors to be subjected to excessive force, causing the foundation to loosen, causing the degree of destruction among the various sensors, thus causing the digital jump of the instrument. When encountering this kind of environment, it is necessary to re-strengthen the foundation and find a good level. 7. The loadometer sensor is damaged and drifts. When a sensor breaks or drifts, it can also cause digital transitions to become unstable. In the normal environment, there is a sensor drift or damage. What can be decisively detailed can only be held in the way of directly adjoining the main line. That is, remove all the sensor wires one by one until they are left, and then connect the sensors one by one, and at the same time check whether the instrument performance is normal, and then you can decisively destroy the sensor. Can be exchanged for the title.
