A hot water pipe pump maintenance
1. Operational maintenance:
(1) The inlet pipe must be filled with liquid, and the long-term operation of the hot water pipe pump in the cavitation condition is forbidden.
(2) regularly check the motor current ??, must not exceed the motor current rating.
(3) After long-running hot-water pipeline pump, due to mechanical wear, make the unit noise and vibration increase, should stop inspection, if necessary, replace the vulnerable parts and bearings, unit overhaul period is generally one year.
2 mechanical seal maintenance:
(1) Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean without solid particles.
(2) Mechanical seal is strictly prohibited in the case of dry grinding.
(3) Before starting, you should coil the triumphal hot water pipeline pump (motor) a few times before starting, so as to avoid the graphite ring breakage damage caused by sudden start.
(4) Tolerance seal leakage 3 drops / min. Otherwise, check.
