Metro passengers refused security screening and can be transferred to public security agencies

The Yangtze River Business Daily suspects that many people on the subway do not want to pass the security check. If passengers refuse security check , they may be transferred to public security agencies. Starting from the 10th of this month, the Wuhan Municipal Rail Transit Operational Safety Management Measures were formally implemented, and both the passengers and the operators of the subway have made clear regulations.

The regulations stipulate that if passengers do not accept subway security , safety inspectors should refuse to enter the station; if they refuse to accept safety checks and enter the station forcibly or to disturb the security inspection site, they shall be transferred to the public security authorities according to law.

In addition, banning beasts, trains, entrances and exits, begging, entertainment, scavenging, donating, teaching, or distributing various kinds of publicity materials are forbidden; damage to various security inspection equipment within the station is forbidden; harassment and blocking of passages are prohibited in stations; and the use of hydrogen balloons is prohibited. Items that do not meet the requirements; those that affect the safety and order of rail transit operations, such as refusal to rectify, shall be fined between 50 yuan and 200 yuan.

The new regulations clearly define the safety protection zones for rail transit, and rail transit operators can define safety protection zones within 50 meters outside the underground stations and the outside of the tunnel.
