In this regard, the industry believes that "although production and sales can not explain everything, but a certain number of production and sales can reflect the comprehensive capabilities of enterprises to a large extent."
In addition to production and sales, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also requires applicants to meet other assessment requirements. These requirements include having the necessary production plants, storage sites and a suitable and tidy production environment; ownership of production equipment, main inspection equipment and test verification equipment, and other production facilities; and long-term use rights for sites with production sites ( According to the provisions of the national land use right for production; the enterprise that organizes production at the leased site shall have a lease term of at least ten years.
The "Rules" clarify that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will implement dynamic supervision and management of specialized school bus production enterprises and products. If the company cannot continue to meet the above conditions, it will be suspended by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
In this regard, the industry believes that after the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has set a threshold for entry, those enterprises that have obtained the qualification of school bus production are more likely to form scale advantages. At present, the number of enterprises with qualified production of passenger cars in China is around 98, but the output can reach a certain scale. The top ten companies accounted for more than 65% of the entire passenger car market, including Xiamen Jinlong, Jinzhou Passenger Car, Suzhou Jinlong and Yutong Bus, which accounted for half of the market.
