During installation, the clearance between the rotor and the exhaust seat end is only 0.08 ~ 0.12mm, and the clearance between the end face of the air inlet is 0.48 ~ 1.02mm. The design requires that the exhaust temperature does not exceed 125 ° C. Damage of the bearing In this accident, the bearing raceway was severely worn and peeled off, resulting in overheating burns. As a result, the clearance is increased and the precision is lowered, eventually leading to discoloration of the exhaust seat support and the journal and deep marks. Causes: First, the carbon blockage of the copper tube, resulting in poor bearing lubrication, temperature rise; second, because the bearing assembly does not meet the requirements.

The influence of lubricating oil also found that the anti-embroidery turbine oil used in the screw has deteriorated and aged during the disintegration process. There is carbon deposit and more impurities, which leads to the pipeline is not very smooth, and the temperature rises too fast. First, the air filter and oil filter are not cleaned regularly; the second is due to the poor quality of the rust-proof turbine oil used. The minimum clearance between the rotor and the body is only between 0.07 and 0.11mm. If there is too much debris in the body, it will cause the body to be injured or bite the host and the whole machine will be scrapped.

(1) Increasing the temperature controller The original design is to install the temperature controller on the Class II oil separator in order to control the exhaust temperature. The main temperature is only the block temperature meter. The temperature in the oil separator is due to the heat dissipation through the pipeline. Below the host temperature, this causes the temperature controller to not control the oil temperature well, and the temperature gauge on the main unit is not easy to observe. A temperature controller can be added to the main unit to control the oil temperature.

(2) Oil pump modified screw air compressor The original design oil pump is a cycloidal pump with low oil pressure, poor cooling effect and difficult to repair. Our mine is now changed to CB140E gear pump, the rated pressure is 2.5MPa, after several years of good use, but the oil pressure is not stable enough and large, need to add another overflow valve to adjust.
