1. Product Description
The Two-Component Polyurethane Foam Machine is designed to mix two components—polyether and isocyanate—using high-precision, high-pressure piston pumps. The system ensures accurate flow control through real-time monitoring and feedback from the PLC, enabling precise measurement and consistent quality. After being conveyed, the materials are either directed into a mixing head or controlled via high-low conversion valves. The equipment features an insulated working tank (with optional volume), blade filter, plate heat exchanger, and magnetic coupling. Depending on configuration, it may include volumetric or mass flow meters. This machine offers online adjustable foaming ratios, real-time flow display, customizable working pressure, temperature monitoring, excellent mixing performance, and stable foam quality.

3. Components of the Machine:
1) Storage Components:
Double-insulated stainless steel tanks with electric resistance heaters and cooling water solenoid valves for temperature control. Optional chiller available.
2) Metering Unit:
High-precision axial piston pump with variable output, manual adjustment via handwheel with integrated measuring scale. Magnetic coupling prevents material leakage. Digital pressure gauge for pressure control.
3) Mixing Head:
Ensures uniform foam distribution on moving surfaces. High-pressure impingement mixing with self-cleaning design.
4) Electrical Control System:
Complete electrical wiring, control cabinet, PLC, and safety devices. Includes acoustic alarm function for fault detection.
