Our primary testing equipment includes environmental test chambers, temperature and humidity chambers, thermal shock chambers, high-low temperature test chambers, salt spray chambers, PCT/HAST chambers (highly accelerated stress test chambers), walk-in constant temperature and humidity test chambers, vacuum ovens, drying cabinets, electrodynamic vibration shakers, mechanical shock testers, and environmental three-combination vibration chambers.
The UV aging test chamber simulates dew and rain by incorporating humidity and/or water spray, equipped with a fluorescent UV lamp that accurately replicates the UV spectrum of sunlight. It exposes materials to alternating cycles of UV light and moisture under controlled, elevated temperatures.
This equipment is widely used for testing various types of outdoor damage that would typically take several months or years to appear, such as color fading, loss of gloss, chalking, cracking, crazing, hazing, blistering, strength reduction, and oxidation. The machine can replicate these effects in just a few days or weeks.
The light source consists of 8 pieces of 40W UV lamps, arranged on both sides of the machine. This setup ensures that material damage caused by sunlight (UV) and rain (spray) occurs quickly and realistically.
Applications: Paints, coatings, inks, plastics, printing packaging, aluminum materials, adhesives, automotive and motorcycle parts, cosmetics, metals, electronics, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, and more.
Features of UV Aging Test Chamber:
1. The UV aging test machine supports two types of testing: aging and anti-yellowing.
2. Aging: The machine accelerates the deterioration of sulfur rubber, allowing the calculation of tensile and elongation changes before and after heat exposure. One day at 70°C is equivalent to six months of natural exposure.
3. Anti-yellowing: The machine simulates atmospheric conditions driven by UV radiation from the sun. Nine hours at 50°C is equivalent to six months of natural exposure.
