This 30-foot command vehicle is built on a Freightliner MT-55 forward control chassis, making it a powerful and versatile mobile command center. It's powered by a B6.7L diesel engine paired with an Allison 2500EVS automatic transmission, ensuring smooth performance even in demanding conditions. The truck also features rear air suspension for added comfort and stability.
The all-aluminum body includes two custom-built flat-floor slide-outs from LDV, offering maximum interior space for operations. Deployment is made easy with the exclusive Intel-I-Touch™ automation system, which controls many of the vehicle’s key functions, including leveling and lighting. A 3-camera rear view system helps with parking, while magnetic blackout curtains provide privacy when needed.
Inside, the vehicle is equipped with a front workroom featuring five workstations, each with a 32-inch high-resolution display. Custom aluminum cabinets provide ample storage, and spider base task chairs ensure comfort during long shifts. The center of the unit houses a large electronics rack and a lavatory, along with a fully equipped galley that includes a microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker.
A digital HDTV antenna feeds all monitors, and the rear of the vehicle has a heavy-duty non-locking mast with two individual camera systems. Magnetic closure pocket doors and whiteboards make organization and communication seamless. The rear room includes a fixed collaboration table, two spider base task chairs, and a bench seat, plus flip-down seating in the curbside slide-out. A 65-inch display monitor is mounted on the rear wall, along with a sliding egress window.
For climate control, three low-profile rooftop A/C units are installed, all managed through the Intel-I-Touch system. A direct discharge diesel furnace handles heating, and a 20kW liquid-cooled diesel generator ensures reliable power. A full surge suppression system protects the electronics, and a complete emergency lighting and siren package is included. An emitter is mounted on the light bracket, and a pan/tilt/zoom IP-based camera is installed on the roof raceway. An HDMI matrix switcher manages multiple video inputs.
