Hunan to stop curbing fertilizer prices

The Hunan Provincial Price Bureau recently announced a series of comprehensive measures aimed at controlling fertilizer prices, which have been rising due to the "spillover effects" of increasing industrial raw material costs. In response, the provincial government is taking multiple steps to stabilize the market and support agricultural production. To ensure price stability, the bureau has intensified its monitoring of the agricultural materials market. It has also enforced strict price controls on urea, setting a maximum ex-factory price of 1,800 yuan per ton and a retail price cap of no more than 2,000 yuan per ton. In remote mountainous areas, the limit is slightly higher, up to 2,050 yuan per ton. Additionally, the province has instructed the power sector to apply preferential electricity tariffs to small and medium-sized fertilizer producers as mandated by national regulations. This includes offering incentives for energy-efficient and low-emission production, helping to lower operational costs. Railway transport companies have also been urged to prioritize the movement of raw materials and finished fertilizers within the province. They are required to implement discounted freight rates for fertilizers and exempt railway construction fees. To further ease logistics, a "green channel" has been established from April to August, allowing urea transport vehicles to pass toll-free during this period. In addition, the government plans to provide financial support to fertilizer companies that have fully utilized their production capacity. A total of approximately 10 million yuan in annual awards and subsidies will be distributed to seven key fertilizer manufacturers in 2007. The government has also assigned dedicated contact persons to each company to assist with any challenges in production and sales. Finally, strict penalties will be imposed on companies or individuals found hoarding fertilizers or artificially inflating prices, as part of the broader effort to maintain fair market practices and protect farmers' interests.

3 Axis Machines

The characteristic of a three-axis CNC machining center is that it can only machine one surface at a time, which is suitable for machining disc type parts.
A three-axis CNC machining center typically refers to three axes that move linearly in different directions, working together to control the movement of cutting tools in three-dimensional space, achieving various machining operations such as planar cutting, drilling, and milling. However, three-axis Machining Centers can only process one surface at a time, which becomes a limitation for parts that require hole or groove machining on multiple surfaces. Therefore, three-axis machining centers are more suitable for handling some simple part machining tasks, such as the manufacturing of planar structural parts or linear grooves.
Although three-axis machining centers perform well in machining simple parts, their limitations become apparent for more complex machining requirements, such as scenarios that require fine machining on different surfaces of the workpiece. That's why when entering more advanced machining technologies, such as four axis and five axis machining centers, they become more preferred. Four axis and five axis machining centers have achieved simultaneous machining of multiple surfaces of workpieces by adding rotation axes, greatly improving machining efficiency and accuracy.
