Multi-stage pump series

DL, DLR-type pumps are vertical, single-suction, multi-stage segmented centrifugal pumps designed for conveying water that contains no solid particles and has physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. These pumps are primarily used for high-rise building water supply systems but can also be applied in industrial and mining environments for drainage and liquid transfer. The flow rate ranges from 4.9 to 200 m³/h, with a head range of 22 to 239 meters. They are available with power ratings between 1.5 kW and 160 kW, and the suction pipe diameters vary from Φ40 mm to Φ150 mm. Model designation is as follows: - **80** – Nominal suction diameter (in millimeters) - **DL** – Vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump - **DLR** – Vertical multi-stage hot water centrifugal pump - **4** – Pump series number These pumps are widely used in industrial and urban water supply and drainage systems, high-rise building pressure boosting, fire protection systems, long-distance water distribution, heating, bathroom applications, boiler circulation systems, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other water supply equipment. The DL model is suitable for media temperatures not exceeding 80°C, while the DLR model can handle temperatures up to 120°C. The DL-type pump consists of an electric motor and the pump body itself. The motor is a Y-type three-phase induction motor, and the pump is connected to the motor via a coupling, forming a rigid connection without requiring alignment or adjustment. The pump is divided into a stator and rotor section. The stator includes components such as the inlet casing, middle casing, guide vanes, outlet casing, and stuffing box. To prevent wear, the stator is equipped with sealing rings and balance sleeves, which can be replaced if damaged. The rotor is supported by the shaft, impeller, and balance drum, while any residual axial force is managed by angular contact ball bearings. The inlet, middle, and outlet sections are sealed using paper gaskets. Sealing can be achieved using packing or mechanical seals, and users can choose based on their specific needs. The pump rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the drive side. This design ensures reliable performance, ease of maintenance, and efficient operation under various conditions.
