[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Recently, the two quality inspections of the General Administration of Quality Supervision and Technical Supervision of Zhejiang Province's Metrology Institute have improved the “electronic water meter detection capability enhancement†and “liquid flow meter environmental adaptability testing capability construction†successfully passed the inspection and acceptance. Relying on the “elevation of electronic water meter detection capability†project, Zhejiang Institute of Metrology independently develops piston-type liquid flow standard devices. The technical performance of the two key indicators of flow measurement uncertainty and stability are all better than 0.05%, which is the current domestic accuracy. One of the best flow standard devices for stability levels.
This project solves the problem of metering performance testing of electronic water meters, and continuously improves product quality, providing a better detection platform for electronic water meter manufacturing industries.
The “Liquid Flow Meter Environmental Adaptability Test Capability Construction†project fills the gap in the environmental adaptability testing capability of medium to large caliber liquid flow meters under real-flow conditions, achieving metering of flow meters under extreme low temperature, extreme high temperatures, and unfavorable installation conditions. Accuracy testing improves the ability to test for environmental suitability.
